Open the link we texted or emailed you when you signed up. It logs you in and remembers your device, so you only do it once.

How do I change how she answers?
Email support@theofficelady.au with what you would like changed: a different greeting, services, hours or personality. We update her and confirm, usually within 48 hours.

How do I send my calls to the Front Desk?
Open the app and tap Hand Over to forward your calls, or take them back with one tap. For an 08 business line, she answers around the clock.

Is my information private?
